Dr. Paul Magnus (PhD)

President Emeritus, Chair of Leadership & Management Emeritus, and Distinguished Professor.

It has been my delight to have known, Dr. Jay Williams in various capacities for over 10 years now. He was my graduate student and everything he did as a student was done with great distinction. He was an avid researcher, thinker, and produced the highest quality projects, reports, and presentations. He was an amazing class team member and normally became the team leader and the result was that the teamwork and reports were amazing and most helpful for our learning group. He did complete his MA in leadership and Management with great distinction, which was very well earned and deserved.

I also knew of his business prowess and successes. He not only managed to succeed, but was able to fund his family and educational journey as well as being able to do volunteer service for a church as well as be a financial donor for church and para-church organizations and projects. He was and is an amazing father and husband and together with his lovely wife, they raised a very healthy and thriving above average size family.

I also followed him with high interest as he went on to doctoral studies in preparation for a teaching career. In the process, he was invited to serve as an intern and student assistant to the President of the institution. He has amazing potential as a leader, professor, researcher, and writer and would serve very well in multiple settings. He was one of my finest students over the span of serving in organizational leadership and distinguished professorship myself for over 50 years.

In addition, his character and personal qualities are exceptional. He is known as a man of character, quality, honesty, and rises upward in every setting he has ever been in. I regard him as an amazing person, friend, learning partner, leader and provide highest recommendations for him.

Respectfully submitted,

Paul E. Magnus

Make it stand out.
